Class 3• ASSIGNMENT 3

Your goal as webmaster for the Oregon Tourism Board is to design a page called "Scenes around Oregon".

The design of the page is up to you, but it should include the following:

  1. Page should have a title. Page should have a nice looking background color.
  2. Page should include some text inviting the reader to visit Oregon.
  3. Open the images page and follow the directions for saving the images to your local hard drive.
  4. Page should display the provided thumbnails. (When the user clicks on a thumbnail, a new browser should pop up showing the larger version of the image. When the user moves the mouse over a thumbnail, a text description should be displayed. Hint: Use the ALT attribute for the IMG tag. Example:<IMG src="myphoto.jpg" ALT="My Photo"> Include a link to the Oregon State Parks website (find the url with Google.) It should open in a new browser.
  5. At the bottom of the page, you should put the date followed by your name, centered. (Hint: Surround this line with the ADDRESS tag.)
